What is Musculoskeletal Recovery?

Musculoskeletal physiotherapy targets the muscles, joints, ligaments and tendons that move your body. Whether you're dealing with a stubborn lower‑back ache, a frozen shoulder, tennis elbow or sciatica, our hands‑on treatment combines manual therapy, targeted exercise and patient education to address the root cause — not just the symptom.

Dr. Sadik Hasan brings 16 years of clinical experience from Labaid Ltd. to every assessment, designing a recovery plan that fits your body, your goals and your schedule.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many sessions will I need?

Most patients see meaningful relief within 3–4 sessions and complete a full recovery cycle in 6–8 sessions. Chronic conditions may need a longer plan — we'll be upfront with you at assessment.

Do I need a referral from a doctor?

No referral is required. You can book directly. If you have recent imaging (X‑ray, MRI) or specialist notes, please bring them along.

Will the treatment be painful?

Sessions are designed to be tolerable. Some techniques produce a brief, productive discomfort — never sharp pain. You're always in control and we adjust intensity to your comfort.

What should I wear?

Loose, comfortable clothing that allows easy movement of the affected area. For lower‑limb issues, shorts work best. We can also provide a clinic gown if preferred.

Is the first session different from follow‑ups?

Yes — your first visit is a full assessment plus initial treatment and takes about 60 minutes. Follow‑up sessions are usually 45 minutes.
